It was a nice change for once going to a dealership that didnt make a female feel uncomfortable. Especially when she was the one making and having the final decision on what truck and how much she was willing to spend a month even when her husband was with her.
I was very pleased as usual . They came and got my traverse because of my husbands disability and returned it back to me and even called to see if i wanted to come up and pay the bill or send a check with the guy who bought my traverse back. I paid by check it was easier on me to do it that way as i said because of my husbands disability I Thank McMahon's very much for their thoughtfulness
very happy, wished that they offered snacks and drinks especially when I have my clients and would really appreciate my car being washed too. I know this is a new building and hopefully they will work this into the programs someday. I hope that they will consider these suggestions. Thank you
Was rather disappointed that we had to bring our 'new' car to the shop so soon after purchasing it, but it was worth it as the new parts for all our brakes and rotors made it ride and brake much smoother! Thank you for going above and beyond to do a couple of extra issues we asked for as well. i.e. the roughness of opening the hatchback & doing a overall check up on the vehicle as well.
oil was overfilled by 2 quarts at last servicing before we bought the car from you. We had to wait about 1/2 hr past our scheduled time for the state inspection. Everyone in the dealership was very nice
It started out as a painful experience. I had an appointment, went to pick up my car and was asked can I leave it they will look at it tomorrow. I said no and rescheduled because I was leaving to go out of town. I asked the tech to come out and look at it so that everything could be done at the next visit. I wouldn't need to wait for parts or have to bring it back. My next appt came and I called at the end of the day to ask if my car was done. I was told no they needed to order parts and said it would be ready tomorrow. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me because I scheduled the next day with having a car to get to meetings. That is when we rescheduled again. Each time I had someone drop me off no loaner car was used. I received a call in the morning stating my car was not under warranty. I was so mad I couldn't even talk to the guy on the phone I asked my husband to deal with it. When I picked up my car that afternoon the car is fixed and I didn't pay a thing. What started as a bad situation turned into a good one. Thank you!
